Edison sunglasses are made of cellulose acetate.
Acetate is a noble material that derives from the particular processing of wood or cotton fibers, to which plasticizing substances are bound to give flexibility and toughness.
The glasses are then made by combining sheets of different colors thermally fused; stratifications and shades give the frame an extremely refined look.
Polarized lenses are able to block electromagnetic radiation, allowing only the rays coming from direct sources to pass and eliminating annoying reflections. This results in sharper vision, better color perception, increased UV protection and consequently less eye strain.
