The courier does not make advance phone calls or handle delivery requests at particular times.

If delivery is delayed for reasons not attributable to Weby Srl, the Customer will be informed, where possible, of the new delivery date.

Weby Srl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel the delivery or fulfilment of any obligation arising from the sales contract in the event of suspected fraud, default or breach by the Customer of obligations undertaken towards Weby Srl in relation to previous orders and/or sales contracts.

If the ordered Products require customs clearance, depending on the country of destination, and the Customer decides not to receive the order once it has reached customs, Weby Srl will not refund the goods, which will be abandoned on site.
